Flavio Rafael Andrade

Flavio Rafael Andrade has extensive experience in the steel and distribution sector, currently serving as CEO Services & Solutions Brazil and Head of South America at Aperam since February 2011, overseeing services centers and commercial operations across multiple countries. Previous roles at Aperam include leadership positions in distribution, tube mills, and sales excellence, with a focus on commercial strategies and market analysis. Prior to Aperam, Andrade worked at ArcelorMittal Brasil in internal assurance and leadership development, and at ArcelorMittal Inox Brasil Serviços, where responsibilities included branch leadership and logistics management. Andrade's career began with a trainee program at Petrobras and included projects at ArcelorMittal regarding operational procedures. Flavio holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Executive MBA (Supply Chain), and Business Management.
