Ilaria Maggiore

Ilaria Maggiore currently serves as the Head of Global Staffing and HRBP CTO at Aperam since September 2022, having previously worked at ArcelorMittal as an L&D and HR Support Specialist, where expertise in leadership development and HR support was demonstrated from May 2019 to October 2022. Earlier roles included HR Coordinator and HR Analyst at Gruppo Montenegro, and a Junior HRIS Analyst and HR Trainee in prior positions. Additionally, Ilaria's background includes experience in event hosting, recruitment, and medical administrative support at Fondazione Il Bene Onlus, as well as marketing and sports education roles. Ilaria holds a Master's degree in Organization & Human Resources Management from Bologna Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Scienze Motorie from Università Telematica Pegaso.
