Pieter Bijnens

Pieter Bijnens is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in automation and production management. Currently serving as a Production Engineer at Aperam since July 2018, Pieter has also held the roles of Senior Automation Engineer and Technical Project Manager MTP within the company. Prior experience includes leading smart manufacturing initiatives as Competence and Team Leader at INDEFF from September 2005 to July 2018, as well as project management responsibilities and PLC/SCADA engineering at ACE ingenieurs- & adviesbureau and Siemens from 1995 to 2005. Pieter holds education from XIOS Hoge School Limburg and H. Kruiscollege Maaseik.
