Veronica Barulin

Veronica Barulin is an experienced professional in transfer pricing and tax consulting, currently serving as the Head of Transfer Pricing at Aperam since August 2023. Prior to this role, Veronica worked as a Transfer Pricing Specialist at Kerry from February 2020 to July 2023, where responsibilities included preparing transfer pricing documentation, maintaining compliance with relevant legislation, and assisting with audits and arbitration procedures. Earlier experience includes a position as a Tax Consultant in the Transfer Pricing and Tax&Legal Department at Ernst & Young Romania from September 2015 to January 2020, focusing on various transfer pricing projects and client relations. Veronica began her career as a Process Assistant in the Cash Application department at Office Depot from November 2013 to July 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in International Tax Law and EU Tax Law from Uppsala University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, along with the ADIT in International Tax completed in December 2021.
