Willem Marneffe

Willem Marneffe has extensive experience in human resources and transformation management, currently serving as the Head of HR for Aperam Genk and HR Business Partner for Stainless Europe since March 2011. In this role, Willem Marneffe also oversees the Director of eAdministration position, contributing to a major transformation program. Prior to joining Aperam, Willem Marneffe held various positions at ArcelorMittal from September 1999 to February 2011, including Head of Internal Audit for France and Belgium, Senior Internal Auditor, and Accountant at ArcelorMittal Stainless Europe. Additionally, Willem Marneffe co-led the Sarbanes-Oxley project for ArcelorMittal Stainless Europe, showcasing a strong background in internal auditing and purchasing management, particularly in non-raw materials.
