Alex Tweedy

Alex Tweedy is the Senior Manager of Platform Engineering at Aperia Technologies since July 2023, where responsibilities include leading the Platform Engineering team to develop and enhance cloud infrastructure for connected vehicle technology, focusing on cloud architecture, IoT data pipelines, device communication protocols, and system reliability on an AWS platform. Prior to this, Alex held positions including Principal Cloud Engineer at OST - Open Systems Technologies, Inc. from June 2021 to July 2023, and Senior Solution Architect at Amway from October 2007 to July 2021, which included roles such as Principal Data Architect, Senior IT Business Intelligence Analyst, and Application Support Specialist. Alex holds a Master of Science degree in Data Science and Analytics from Grand Valley State University, awarded in 2021, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from the same institution, completed in 2007.
