Guadalupe S. has worked in a range of roles since 2018. Guadalupe began their career as a Brand Strategist Intern at Miranda International Marketing Agency, where they designed a social network platform to connect high school entrepreneurs with local businesses and researched competitive solutions for midsize local companies to increment product visibility by 10%. In 2020, they were an Immigration Paralegal Intern at Immigration Institute of the Bay Area (IIBA), where they prepared and reviewed a range of immigration applications, managed assigned cases of 30 clients, and assisted with initial client interviews to collect confidential information and determine eligibility. Additionally, they were a Tax Consultant Intern at True Partners Consulting, where they verified and prepared federal and state taxes for data entry using GoSystem Tax RS, complied with federal and state regulations relating to federal and state tax extensions for corporations, and developed collaborative relationships with global companies to understand business needs and provide support. Lastly, they were a Volunteer Tax Preparer at the IRS - Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program, where they were certified in tax law training by taking the Advanced Link & Learn Tax Certification test, filed 10 individual income tax returns using VITA database for data entry and e-file, and maintained the privacy and confidentiality of taxpayer’s information. Currently, Guadalupe S. is an Operations Analyst at Aperia Technologies.

Guadalupe S. attended Mt. Eden High School from 2013 to 2017 and graduated with a High School/Secondary Diploma and Certificate. Guadalupe then attended the University of San Francisco from 2017 to 2020 and obtained a Bachelor of International Business - BBA.
