Lily Omran began their career in 2009 as a Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator at Smart Move for Management Services. Lily then moved to Mercedes-Benz Egypt in 2012, where they worked as a Customer Relationship Management Representative. In 2018, they joined Alamer For Research and Development as a Talent Sourcer. Finally, in 2022, they began working as a Technical Recruiter and Global Technical Recruiter for Aperia Technologies and Smart Move for Management Services, respectively. In their roles, they have developed sourcing and recruitment strategies, leveraged social networking and social media to find passive top talents, conducted phone screenings, and provided feedback to candidates.

Lily Omran has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration from the University of Wales, which they obtained between 2006 and 2011. In 2019, they completed a Credit Course in Employee Recruitment, Selection and Placement from UC Berkeley Extension. Currently, they are enrolled in a Certificate Program in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition from Cornell University, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
