Addie Johnsen

Addie Johnsen is the Chief People Officer with Aperian Global. Addie began her journey with Aperian over 15 years ago recruiting and interviewing subject matter experts in over 80 countries, which eventually led to her managing the Global Resource Department. In addition to sourcing and supporting their global delivery team, Addie became involved in their Cultural Competence solutions for kids and teens, helping prepare families for global relocation. Addie has spent the last several years focused on their internal team, leading the full employee life cycle and inclusion and engagement initiatives for all staff across 7 countries while providing strategic people operations support to the management team.
