Ben Capell

Dr. Ben Capell is a Senior Consultant with Aperian Global. Dr. Capell’s main areas of expertise include Post-merger Integration, International Collaboration, Leadership Development, and Diversity & Inclusion.

Dr. Capell brings close to 20 years of consultancy experience which includes designing and implementing large-scale people management initiatives in a variety of global organizations. He brings unique in-house expertise from his experience at Hewlett-Packard, where he headed regional and global roles. His consultancy track record comprises a broad portfolio of successful projects with a diverse range of organizations, such as AIG, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Danfoss, Emerson, ExxonMobil, Hollister, Marriott, Nike, Roche, Tesco, and Unilever.

Dr. Capell’s international experience includes living in Hong-Kong, the U.S., Japan, Israel, Spain and Turkey and managing multinational teams located over a wide range of locations. He is fluent in English, Spanish, Hebrew, Catalan, and Japanese.

Dr. Capell has a Ph.D. in Management Sciences from ESADE Business School in Barcelona. He holds an MA in Management Sciences from ESADE, an MA in Clinical Psychology from the University of Hartford, and an honor BA in Human Resources Management from Tel-Aviv College of Management.
