Ted Dale

Ted Dale is a Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Aperian Global, and has been involved with the organization since its inception in 1990. An expert in online tools, Mr. Dale oversees the development of Aperian Global’s flagship learning platform GlobeSmart®, including the creation of Aperian Global’s online assessments (such as the Inclusive Behaviors Inventory and the Global Team Assessment), as well as the firm’s suite of self-paced learning modules.

Mr. Dale was born and raised in Japan by missionary parents, where he spent the first 20 years of his life. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado and his Master of Arts from the Monterey Institute of International Studies in California, where he formerly taught as an adjunct professor.
