Caroline Harrington

Caroline Harrington has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to the present. Their most recent role is as the Director of Product Management for Aperian Global, where they lead product development efforts and implements agile practices for the B2B EdTech application, GlobeSmart. Prior to this, Caroline served as the GlobeSmart Product Manager, overseeing product management, technical project management, and content strategy. Caroline also has experience as a Product Manager and Product Development Associate at Aperian Global.

Before joining Aperian Global, Caroline worked at Jordan Shlain, MD as a Patient Services Coordinator/Executive Assistant, where they played a key role in the expansion of the private medical practice. Caroline was responsible for coordinating patient care, managing billing, and developing a medical records archive.

Caroline also worked at San Francisco On Call Medical Group as a Patient Services Coordinator, where they conducted research, inventory management, and copywriting marketing materials. Caroline played a crucial role in expanding the practice and coordinating the opening of a new branch.

Earlier in their career, Caroline worked at Globe Corner Bookstores as a Sales Associate, where they utilized their travel experience and geography skills to recommend books and travel destinations to customers. Caroline also assisted company executives in researching new products, managing inventory, and supervising the online store.

Throughout their career, Caroline has demonstrated strong organizational and coordination skills, as well as the ability to manage diverse responsibilities in fast-paced environments.

Caroline Harrington attended San Jose State University from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Master's degree in Library & Information Science. Prior to that, they studied at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2000 to 2004, earning a Bachelor's degree in History and Global Cultures.
