Most recently, they served as the Co-President and Chief Revenue Officer at Aperian, where they were responsible for setting and executing the strategy for the firm's Global Learning Solutions business unit. Prior to that, they held the role of Managing Director at Aperian where they focused on client strategy. Michael also worked as a Senior Global Account Manager at Aperian, where they designed and implemented technology-enabled training solutions for global Fortune 100 clients. In addition, Michael has experience in financial planning and analysis at Blackboard, marketing consulting at ACCION Microfinance, and operations management at Global Experiences, Inc. Michael has also held positions at Order Sons of Italy in America, U.S. Telemetry Corporation, U.S. Embassy to the Vatican, and Patton Boggs LLP.
Michael Greto has an MBA in Global Strategy - Summa Cum Laude from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, which they completed from 2008 to 2010. Michael also has a B.A. in Foreign Affairs, Italian Language from the University of Virginia, where they made the Dean's List. Furthermore, they hold a Certificate in Advanced Italian from Societa' Dante Alighieri, Siena.
