Damian Watkins, D. Eng. has been working in the technology industry since 2010. Damian began their career at CRW Innovations, LLC as Chief Technology Officer and President/CEO, where they provided software and systems development, network analysis, custom algorithm development, and cyber security services. Damian then moved to Aperio Global, LLC in 2019, where they currently serve as Chief of Research and Innovation.

Damian Watkins, D. Eng., attended Morgan State University from 1995 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (BSEE), a Master's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ME), and a Doctorate in Electrical and Computer Engineering (DE). In November 2018, they obtained certifications from CompTIA as a Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+) and a Cyber Security Analyst CySA+ CE.
