Earl Stafford, Jr.

Earl Stafford, Jr. has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. Earl began their career at Universal Systems & Technology, Inc. (UNITECH) as a Program Manager, where they were responsible for the program management and performance of a relatively significant contract vehicle program. In 2009, they joined Lockheed Martin as a Program Manager. In 2010, they joined The Stafford Foundation as Vice President. In 2016, they joined LR-Associates, LLC as Vice President of Business Development & Operations. In 2020, they joined Patri as an Advisor. Most recently, they are the Chief Executive Officer at Aperio Global, LLC.

Earl Stafford, Jr. has a diverse educational background. Earl obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics from George Mason University in 1998, and a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General from Georgetown University in 2015. Earl also attended Hampton University from 1989 to 1992, studying Economics. In addition to their formal degrees, they have obtained certifications in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy from MIT Sloan Executive Education in 2019, PMP from the Project Management Institute in 2015, and ISO: 9000:2001 Auditor from BSI in 2004.
