Christine Telfer has over 40 years of experience in the manufacturing and supply chain industries. Christine began their career in 1978 as Quality Manager/Manufacturing Manager at Paramount Plastics, Inc., where they developed procedures and systems for manufacturing and quality, including training, certification programs, process control activities, and creating work instructions. In 1987, they co-founded Polygon Plastics, Inc., where they were responsible for all areas of business except sales and accounting, and achieved Boeing certification and received an Eagle Award for excellent quality and customer service. In 1992, they became Operations Manager at POLY-CAST, Inc., where they were responsible for all plant operations and achieved ISO 9001-2000 Compliance and Certification, MRP/ERP System and Support, and Safety and training programs. From 2007 to 2010, they worked at Tektronix as a Production Planner/Master Scheduler, where they planned and scheduled materials and production time for a major portion of the Logic Analyzer and Optical EPOL lines. Finally, from 2010 to present, they have been working at Aperion Audio as General Manager, Supply Chain Manager/Analyst/Planner, and Supply Chain Analyst/Planner, where they manage planning, purchasing, and inventory for the company's main products, deals directly with global suppliers, and analyzes product cost structure and landed costs for all global purchases.
Christine Telfer has a diverse educational background, starting with an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Portland Community College, which they completed in 2005. Christine then went on to Portland State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in General Management and Supply & Logistics Management in 2006. In 2009, they completed their MBA from George Fox University in Business Management and Leadership. Christine has also taken courses in Business Management Studies at Post College.
