Caitlin Neiduski

Caitlin Neiduski has a diverse work experience in the education and non-profit sectors. Caitlin currently works at Aperture Education as a Partnership Manager, where they are responsible for expanding the use of their products in school districts and out-of-school time organizations. Prior to that, they worked as a Partnerships Specialist at the same company, leading sales efforts in several states and supporting school districts and out-of-school time programs.

Before joining Aperture Education, Caitlin worked as a Member Experience Director at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte for five years. Caitlin also served as the Coordinator of Community & Family Services at Communities United Inc., and as an Assistant Director at Education, Inc. In addition, Caitlin held various roles at YMCA of Greater Boston, including Out of School Time Director and Summer Camp Director, where they were responsible for planning and implementing programming and supervising staff. Caitlin also worked at Hampshire Regional YMCA as a Unit Supervisor and Dance Coordinator, where they oversaw children in the Grade 3-8 unit and taught dance classes.

Caitlin Neiduski began their education at Adelphi University in 2006, where they studied dance. Caitlin continued their studies at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2008 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology.
