Taylor Fenner

Taylor Fenner is a seasoned Human Resources and DEIA Specialist with a strong background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently employed at Aperture since January 2022, Taylor has previously held positions at Explore Schools, where responsibilities included talent management and operations coordination, and at Passfeed, where Taylor established the HR and payroll department. Experience at UPS involved managing employee relations and onboarding for approximately 800 employees. Taylor has also worked in varied HR roles at ExecuSearch Staffing Solutions and other companies, displaying expertise in project management, event coordination, and compliance audits. Taylor holds a Master's degree in Public Administration with dual specialization in Human Resources Management and Operations Management, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from John Jay College (CUNY).
