Samuel Attal

Samuel Attal, P.E. has a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of the Pacific. Samuel has experience working as a Civil Engineering Intern, Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Contract GPOM Validation Engineer, and currently as a Forensic Engineer. Their work involves site inspections, sampling of various materials, and lab testing as per ASTM and Caltrans specifications.
