Harun Rashid is an experienced HR and compliance professional with a comprehensive background in managing compliance audits and training programs across various organizations. Currently serving as Manager of HR & Compliance at Apex Footwear Limited since October 2017, Harun Rashid has successfully led buyer and environmental compliance initiatives. Prior to this, positions included Manager of HR, Admin and Compliance at MASCO GROUP where responsibilities involved overseeing ACCORD audits, and Asst. Manager roles at APS Group and Meghna Group of Industries that focused on recruitment, payroll, and compliance with labor laws. Harun Rashid holds multiple degrees, including an M.S.S. in Political Science and Government from Rajshahi University and an MBA in Human Resources Management from America Bangladesh University, complemented by specialized qualifications in compliance from the Bangladesh Institute of Human Resource Management.
