Matan Derman

Matan Derman is an accomplished professional serving as the Co-Founder and CEO of APEX since March 2023 and mentoring Talpiot alumni in career development. Derman has significant experience in military intelligence, having held the position of Head of Cyber Division in Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200 from November 2007 to July 2022. A Talpiot alumnus, Derman completed education at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, earning a Bachelor of Science in Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science, followed by a Master of Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Additionally, Derman obtained a Sloan Fellow MSx in Business Administration and Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2022.
