Cathy Gubb obtained a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Business, Human Resources, and Psychology from Massey University during the period of 1994 to 1998. Prior to that, they earned a Diploma in Business from Auckland University of Technology from 1989 to 1991. In addition, they obtained the HRINZ Certified certification from the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand in the year 2000.
