Tim Musholt, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Tim started their career in 1996 as the Vice President of Kuester Tool & Die, Inc., where they worked until 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they held a position in Operations & Customer Service at EnPro Industries Inc. Tim then joined Katz, Sapper & Miller, LLP in 2008 as a CPA/Accountant, specializing in financial, cost, and tax accounting services for various clients. Tim worked at the firm until 2012. In the same year, Tim became the Owner of CPAWerks.com, offering a full-service tax practice for individuals and small businesses, including income tax filings, sales taxes, and payroll taxes. Additionally, they held the role of Principal – VP Finance & Accounting at Apex Benefits Group, Inc. from 2012, where they provided employers with strategies to lower healthcare and pharmacy benefits costs and improve employee benefits.
Tim Musholt, CPA, holds a diverse education history. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from the same university between 1990 and 1993. In addition, Tim Musholt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, which they completed from 1986 to 1989. Furthermore, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Public Accountant in Indiana through the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency and as a Registered Certified Public Accountant in Illinois through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
