Prior roles include Vice President and Integrator at Everything Home, where strategic initiatives generated significant sales revenue, and a long-standing tenure as a Leadership Consultant, guiding nonprofit organizations in strategic planning and leadership development. Additional experience includes various positions in sales and training at prominent healthcare companies, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets while driving training and development for sizable teams. Tonya holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Purdue University.
