Patty Fritz

Patty Fritz, SPHR has over 30 years of work experience in human resources. Patty currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at Apex Capital Corp, where they are responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable and providing support to trucking companies in the transportation industry. Prior to their current role, Patty worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at RATP Dev USA, where they developed and executed human resource strategies for transit systems across the country. Patty also has experience as a Talent Manager and HR Manager at H.E.B., where they focused on leadership development and implemented HR programs. Before that, they worked as a Regional HR Director at Iron Mountain, a Divisional HR Manager at Expo Design Center, and a Regional HR Manager at Best Buy. Patty began their career as a Human Resources Supervisor at Clarke American and had an HR internship at Diamond Shamrock.

Patty Fritz, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Texas at San Antonio, which they obtained in 1991. Prior to that, they attended Kansas State University from 1979 to 1983, where they studied Business. In addition to their educational qualifications, Patty also obtained the SPHR certification from HRCI in January 2012.
