David Clemens

David Clemens has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. David started their career as an Associate at Latham & Watkins in 2006. In 2007, they worked as a secondee at Cogentrix Energy, LLC. In 2010, they joined Apex Clean Energy and held various roles, including Internal Counsel, Finance Manager, Director of Finance, VP of Finance, and currently, Senior VP of Finance.

David Clemens attended the University of Virginia from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. David then pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree at the University of Virginia School of Law from 2003 to 2006.
