Edward Wargo

Edward Wargo is a Title Manager and Senior Leasing Analyst at Apex Clean Energy since June 2021, specializing in generating leases, easements, purchase agreements, and other contracts for renewable energy projects while confirming ownership through title research. Prior to this role, Edward served as a Prospect Manager at Stockyards Energy Land Services LLC from March 2014 to June 2021, where responsibilities included drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with landowners. Edward's early career includes work as a Title Abstractor and experience as a Certified Legal Intern at the University of Pittsburgh Elder Law Clinic, focusing on legal documentation for elderly clients, as well as an internship with the Allegheny County APPRISE Program, advising on Medicare issues. Edward holds a JD in Health Law from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a BA in Philosophy and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
