Hannah Coman

Hannah Coman is a skilled legal professional with extensive experience in energy and environmental law. Currently serving as Senior Associate General Counsel at Apex Clean Energy since September 2020, Hannah specializes in negotiating power purchase agreements and related contracts. Prior experience includes advocacy for solar policy at the Southern Environmental Law Center and corporate focus on venture financing and M&A at Mintz. Hannah also has a background as a Transatlantic Fellow in Berlin, contributing to various environmental policy projects, and has held positions as a summer associate and legal intern. Academically, Hannah holds a JD from Boston College Law School and a BA in Political Science and German from Davidson College.
