Neil Walther

Neil Walther serves as the Lead of Financial Planning and Analysis at Apex Clean Energy since October 2020. Previously, Neil worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at US Foods from March 2016 to October 2020, providing support for financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting across various domains. Prior to that, Neil was an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where responsibilities included advising distressed companies and managing chapter 11 cases. Neil began a career in law as a Public Interest Law Initiative Fellow at the Law Offices of Chicago-Kent, focusing on criminal defense, and gained early experience working as a Summer Extern for Chief Bankruptcy Judge Eugene R. Wedoff. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and History from the University of Virginia and a Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School.
