Roy Falcon

Roy Falcon has a diverse and extensive work experience in the wind energy industry. Roy started their career in 2001 as a Service Technician at Vestas-Awt, where they gained valuable technical knowledge and skills. Roy then worked as a Lead Technician and Site Manager at Suzlon Wind Energy from 2005 to 2008. In 2008, they joined Florida Power & Light as a Tech III for a short period. Roy then joined Vestas in 2008 as a Service Technician II, where they performed maintenance and installation tasks. Roy was later promoted to the role of Lead Technician/ SAP Planner/Dispatcher, responsible for team schedule and utilization, technician development, and certification program management. In 2014, Roy joined BP Wind Energy as a Deputy Facility Manager, overseeing asset and O&M services for the facility. Finally, they are currently working at Apex Clean Energy since 2016, initially as a Facility Manager and currently as the Director of Operations, responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
