Ryan Meekins

Ryan Meekins is a Senior Data Scientist at Apex Clean Energy since May 2021, leading a team focused on modernizing data infrastructure to enhance data-driven decision-making through agile methodologies. Prior experience includes serving as a Data Scientist at Luna Innovations Incorporated from June 2018 to May 2021, where Ryan directed the development of data analytics applications with machine learning capabilities and managed cross-functional engineering tasks. Additional experience includes work as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Virginia, where research concentrated on decision-making in complex systems, resulting in multiple publications. Ryan holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Commonwealth University.
