We have experienced the challenges that come with major implementations and understand issues at implementation are likely to lead to a poor performing system.  There can be many reasons these challenges arise, common ones are resource availability, user training and out of the box configuration with little scope for change. We see the world a little differently at Apex, and whilst going live with as little customisation as possible is a great route to a swift implementation, there needs to be an ongoing programme of improvement.
 
We love the customisation tools available in NetSuite, but often these are either feared or not properly understood.  We have vast experience in customisation and follow a tried tested methodology for solving complex challenges that aren't covered by standard system functions.  We also have a lot of experience with SuiteApps, so if there's an out of the box solution pre-developed by a 3rd party that we can recommend, we will.
