Apex Configuration Group is a specialist consultancy focused exclusively on Service Configuration & Asset Management (SACM) and enterprise Configuration Management.
We work with organisations where CMDBs exist, ITIL has been adopted, and tools are in place — but Configuration Management still isn’t trusted, usable, or driving outcomes.

Our work centres on designing and restoring SACM operating models that function in complex, multi‑supplier, multi‑region environments.
This includes process ownership, governance design, CMDB architecture, data quality models, and alignment with Change, Incident and Service Management.

Apex was founded by former Global Service Owners, Directors and CMDB Architects with decades of experience delivering Configuration Management at scale in financial services, media, technology and large multinational organisations.

Organisations typically engage Apex when:
·	SACM processes exist but are not followed or trusted
·	CMDB data quality undermines Change or Incident Management
·	Tooling has outpaced operating model design
·	Previous transformation programmes have stalled
