Baptiste Paly

Baptiste Paly has a diverse range of work experience. Baptiste started their career as a Student Job in a Building Company, where they performed tasks such as building wood walls, painting, and installing flooring. After that, they gained experience as a Project Development Energy Engineer Trainee for Solar Decathlon Europe, where they designed and developed an autonomous electrical system for a positive energy housing prototype. Baptiste then worked as a Project Development Engineer Trainee for Groupe VALECO, where they focused on developing photovoltaic projects with self-consumption and negotiating with battery suppliers. Baptiste also worked as a Project Engineer Trainee for Medine Limited, where they were involved in the development of various projects, including a smart city energetics system and a photovoltaic farm. Baptiste then became a Project Leader for Valeco, working on the prospecting and development of solar electricity plants with storage systems in grid-insulated islands. Currently, they hold the position of a Baker at Ô Pain Délicieux, where they are responsible for producing sourdough bread and pastry as part of a team. In 2023, Baptiste will start a new role as a Project Manager at Apex Energies.

Baptiste Paly's education history is as follows:

From 2006 to 2009, Baptiste attended Lycée Gustave Eiffel in Dijon, where they completed their Baccalauréat STI degree in Electrotechnique.

From 2009 to 2012, they continued at Lycée Gustave Eiffel in Dijon and pursued a "Classe préparatoire TSI" program, without completing any specific degree.

Starting in 2012 until 2016, Baptiste enrolled at Ecole centrale de Nantes, where they did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study.

Finally, from 2020 to 2021, they attended CFA Nicolas Albano in Sète, where they pursued and completed a CAP degree in Baking and Pastry Arts, specializing in being a Baker/Pastry Chef.
