Matt Kinsella

Matt Kinsella is an experienced professional in the field of transportation engineering, currently serving as an Associate Partner and Project Manager at Apex Engineering Group, Inc. since November 2010. Prior to this role, Kinsella held the position of Associate Vice President in the Surface Transportation & Infrastructure group at Ulteig from May 2006 to November 2010, where responsibilities included roadway design and transportation planning project management.
