Lauren Badeaux

Lauren Badeaux, P.E. is a Senior Project Engineer at Apex Engineers, Inc., where tenure began in June 2018, progressing through roles as Project Engineer and Design Engineer. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Kansas - School of Engineering from August 2016 to May 2018, focusing on measuring sustainability and resilience tradeoffs across post-disaster temporary housing, and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. Additional experience includes a summer internship at Fenstermaker in June 2015, and a role as Assistant Tennis Professional at the City Club at River Ranch from September 2013 to August 2015. Lauren holds a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Educational background also includes a high school diploma from Edward Douglas White Catholic High School.
