Neal Ruskin

Neal Ruskin is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in financial services and product development. Currently serving as Chief Solutions Officer and Managing Partner at Apex Silver since June 2008, Neal has also held senior roles at Apex Fintech Solutions since August 2021. Prior to Apex, Neal held positions at TD Ameritrade as Chief Enterprise Architect and was Chief Architect & Director of Development at TAHO Commerce Group. Neal's career began at CheckFree Investment Services as Technical Director for Web Development. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economics and East Asian Studies from Princeton University and a Master of Industrial Design in Industrial Design & Human Factors from Pratt Institute.
