William Brennan

William Brennan has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. William first started working at ED&F Man in 1994 as the Senior Vice President & Treasurer of Man Financial, Inc. William then moved on to Goldman Sachs Execution and Clearing in 2000, where they held the role of Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer and later became the Business Unit CFO of the Clearing Division. In 2008, they became a Managing Director at the same company. In 2014, Brennan joined Prophecy Asset Management, L.P. as the Chief Operating Officer, and in 2016, they became the Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer at Apex Clearing Corporation. William currently holds the position of Chief Administrative Officer at Apex Clearing Corporation.

William Brennan attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting. William then went on to IIT - Chicago Kent College of Law, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.
