Since 1997, Apex Food Source has been a manufacturer and co-packer of  remarkable pourable food products. Working together with Canadian Food Service Operators, National Specialty Retail Brand Holders, and Business to Business Clients, Apex uses in-house expertise to develop one-of-kind, custom food solutions that create repeat customers.

Specializing in the production of a variety of sauces, dips, dressings, fillings and a selection of custom prepared vegetables, Apex works with food service operators and private label brand holders to commercialize proprietary creations with a focus on quality, consistency, and efficiency.  Apex works with executive chefs and national franchise brands to reduce back-of-house pain points, discovering recipes, and finding solutions to commercialize and scale chef creations. With an experienced team and a proven track record, Apex Food Source has a dedicated Product Development and Innovation team to help our client partners create a variety food products at scale.
