Erica Ji - Hyun Kim

Erica Kim is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Elementary Program Manager and previously as the Elementary Program Coordinator at Apex for Youth since September 2023. Prior to that role, Erica worked as a Resident Teacher at Zeta Charter Schools from January to July 2023, where responsibilities included lesson planning and fostering an inclusive classroom culture. Erica's experience also includes serving as a Course Development Intern at Brown University CareerLab, where course materials were restructured in collaboration with faculty. Additional roles at Brown University Dining Services included supervision and training of staff, while Erica also worked as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for pre-college programs focused on leadership. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education Studies from Brown University and graduated with an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Seoul Foreign School.
