Isabelle Li Shen st. Clair

Isabelle Li Shen S. is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in education and program management. Currently serving as the Elementary Program Manager at Apex for Youth and a Youth Rec Coach at The Cliffs Climbing + Fitness, Isabelle has developed strong skills in mentoring and program development. Previously, Isabelle worked at NYU Shanghai in various roles, including Coordinator for Academic and Tutoring Skills, where responsibilities included managing over 60 peer tutors and conducting workshops. As a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant, Isabelle taught English to 160 elementary school students and collaborated with local educators. Isabelle’s earlier experience includes roles at Wellesley College as a Writing Program Assistant and tutor, and mentoring teenage refugees with the International Rescue Committee. Isabelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Peace and Justice Studies and Asian American Studies from Wellesley College.
