Caroline de Lacy

Caroline de Lacy has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Caroline currently holds the position of Global Head of IT Cost Management (Director) at Apex Group Ltd (Ireland Branch) since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Programme and Portfolio at Codec Ireland from January 2022 to July 2022.

Caroline has also worked at Apex Fund Services (Ireland) Ltd. as the Head of Project Management from May 2017 to January 2022. Before that, they were the Head of IT Governance & Controlling UK&I at Atos from March 2015 to May 2017. Caroline'sroles at Atos also included Project Manager from January 2013 to February 2015 and Project Accountant from January 2010 to December 2012.

Caroline's earlier work experience includes positions at Siemens as the Microsoft EMEA PMO Administrator from January 2007 to December 2009, Atech Construction Ltd as a Director from 2005 to 2009, Serco as the Microsoft EMEA PMO Administrator in 2006, Greenstar as an Accounts Payable Processing Specialist from 2005 to 2006, Westwood as the Accounts Administration Manager/Project Manager from 2000 to 2004, and Eugene F. Collins as a Legal Secretary from 1999 to 2000.

Caroline de Lacy completed an Executive Business Course in Business Management and Accounting at Leinster Business Institute from 1993 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications over the years. Caroline obtained the COBIT 5 Foundation certification from APMG International in September 2016. In August 2013, they earned the PRINCE2 Practitioner certification, and in March 2013, they obtained the ITIL Foundation certification. Recently, in July 2023, they completed the Executive Leadership and Influencing Others certifications from LinkedIn.
