Anetta Banas

Anetta Banas is an experienced geologist and vice president of office operations at APEX Geoscience Ltd., where responsibilities include staff management, mentorship, exploration targeting, and preparation of geological reports in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 standards. Banas has a strong background in geochemical sampling, mapping, and land use/permitting management. Additionally, Banas serves as the Industry Liaison and DERTS Program Coordinator at the University of Alberta, facilitating the Diamond Exploration and Research Training School to connect students with industry partners and advance their training in exploration geophysics and related fields. Anetta Banas holds a Master’s Degree in Mantle Petrology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology from the University of Alberta.
