Peter Kelly

Peter Kelly is an accomplished executive with a robust background in healthcare management. Currently serving as President at Apex Health and as a Board Member for Theoria Medical since September 2025, Peter has previously held significant leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer of Optum Health Mid-Atlantic Region and President of Optum Health Network for the Tri-State Region from December 2020 to September 2024. Prior experience includes Executive Director at CareMount Medical and roles in Market Operations at Universal American. Peter holds an AB in History from Princeton University and an MBA in Management from The Wharton School.
