Lynn Kuhns is the President of Apex Homes of PA LLC and Apex Homes, Inc. Lynn has been with Apex Homes since March 1992 and has held various positions within the company including Vice President, VP Sales and Marketing, Sales Manager, and Sales Representative. Lynn has experience in contract review, material pricing, vendor negotiation, establishing new builders, creating marketing materials, and introducing new affordable modular home series to the market. Lynn works closely with all departments in the day-to-day operations to ensure the success and growth of the company.
