Apex Human Performance is a private, members-only facility in Midtown East Manhattan, serving executives and high-performers.

We bring the professional athlete experience to our members — clinical-grade health testing, expert-led personal training, nutrition coaching, and physical therapy, all working together inside one coordinated system. Every trainer holds at least a Master's degree in exercise science, with programming grounded in each member's own physiological data.

Members receive a personalized healthspan score derived from their diagnostic testing, recalibrated quarterly to ensure training is always targeting the right variables at the right intensity.

Health and performance are fully managed by our team so members can stay focused on their work and life.
