Carissa Lavalle

Carissa LaValle has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in customer service, human resources, and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Receptionist and HR Admin at Apex International Mfg, Inc. since October 2013, Carissa enjoys a dynamic work environment and the challenges it presents. Previous roles include Shift Supervisor at Caribou Coffee, Next Gen Pastor at Cultivate Church, and Team Lead at Target, where Carissa excelled in team leadership and sales planning. Carissa began a career in guest services at Camp JIM, where responsibilities included website management and program development. Carissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul and a Master's degree in Psychology Counseling from Crown College.
