Yueting Zhou

Yueting (Joy) Zhou is an experienced operations professional with a background in logistics and supply chain management. Currently serving as an Operations Coordinator at Apex Logistics International since April 2021, Yueting plays a key role in ocean import operations, assisting with operation planning, training, and evaluations, as well as coordinating all aspects of the shipment process. Previously held the position of Freight Coordinator at the same company and gained experience as a Procurement/Warehouse Associate at Chengdu Lantern Show Company, where inventory control and monitoring were crucial responsibilities. Earlier experience includes a role as a Teaching Assistant at New Channel International Education Group, focusing on customer relationship building and enhancing customer satisfaction. Yueting holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from McMaster University.
