Raphael Perim Covre

Raphael Perim Covre is an experienced investor and strategic advisor, currently holding positions at RFJP ES Capital, Apex Partners, Culttivo, and Greenbelt Tecnologia. As a member of YPO since May 2021, Raphael has a strong background in business leadership, having served as CEO and CFO for Agrodistribuidor Casal and as Director for Casa do Adubo during its transition post-sale to Nutrien. Previous roles include executive management at Banco Fator, Banco Fibra, and Banco Votorantim. Raphael holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from USP, an MBA in Agribusiness from the Escola Superior de Agricultura "Luiz de Queiroz", and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
