Protaz Thobias

Protaz Thobias possesses extensive experience in metallurgical operations and laboratory sciences, currently serving as Acting Plant Metallurgist at Apex Resources Limited since July 2022, focusing on report writing and process optimization. Previously, Protaz worked as a CIC Operator, managing gold cyanidation equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance, and as a Gravity Plant Operator at a Gold Processing Plant, overseeing plant operations. Protaz's earlier roles include Laboratory Technologist at the Tanzania Food and Nutrition Centre and Laboratory Analyst at the NIMR Mwanza Centre. Protaz holds a degree in Laboratory Science and Technology from Mbeya University of Science and Technology, completed in 2022.
